Product Manager, E-Commerce (Tools & Outdoor)Remote, United StatesThe Job: As a Product Manager, E-Commerce, you'll be part of our Tools & Outdoor team working as a remote employee. This role operates as both strategic Product Manager and hands on Product Owner, requiring the ability to drive product vision and roadmap whole also leading agile ceremonies and day to day backlog execution.
In this role, you will own the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and ongoing enhancement, shaping innovative digital experiences for our customers and driving business growth. You will bridge the gap between long-term strategic planning and sprint level delivery - serving as the voice of our stakeholders and the voice of the team in defining what gets built. Lead the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps for Tools & Outdoor e-commerce, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. You'll get to:
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, marketing, sales, customer support, and external partners to deliver high-impact digital products and features.
- Serve as the connective tissue between business strategy and agile delivery - translating roadmap priorities into actionable sprint goals and executable backlog items.
- Serve as Scrum Product Owner, facilitating agile ceremonies, sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog management to drive team performance and delivery as needed
- Work with delivery leaders to understand timelines for your product initiatives and communicate rollout expectations to your business stakeholders.
- Own stakeholder engagement, gathering and prioritizing requirements, aligning on business priorities, and effectively communicating product vision, updates, and performance.
- Define and write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features and platform enhancements, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing business impact, customer feedback, technical feasibility, and data-driven insights.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and MVP definition through launch, optimization, and sunset, applying best practices in agile product management.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and inform strategic decisions.
- Analyze product performance metrics, user data, and KPIs to measure success, identify improvement areas, and iterate on the roadmap.
- Champion agile methodologies and Scrum practices, driving continuous improvement and fostering a high-performing team environment.
- Manage complex projects and product initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, risk mitigation, and effective cross-team communication.
- Oversee Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and issue resolution, to deliver high-quality releases.
- Stay current with e-commerce trends, best practices, and platform updates (SFCC, Shopify), leveraging insights to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

- 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years relevant experience
- Master's degree and 8-10 years relevant experience
- Some leadership experience.

The Salary range for this position is $110,600.00 - $178,000.00
