Product Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid upstream and downstream role; we are looking for someone equally comfortable uncovering unmet market needs as they are activating a product launch campaign. You will shape what we build and how we sell it, making this a uniquely high-impact position within our organization.
You will be critical in translating deep customer and market insights into product strategy, while simultaneously developing product value propositions to enable promotional programs driving brand awareness and commercial performance across our evolving portfolio. Prior experience in wound care is strongly preferred.
Essential FunctionsUpstream Marketing Responsibilities- Market Intelligence and Insights Generation: Design and execute primary and secondary research initiatives to uncover customer pain points, unmet clinical needs, and emerging market trends. Synthesize findings into actionable strategic direction.
- Voice of Customer (VOC): Engage directly with healthcare professionals, KOLs, and other stakeholders to develop a nuanced understanding of clinical workflows, patient outcomes, and purchasing behavior.
- Product Strategy Development: Partner with R&D, clinical, and senior leadership to translate market insights into product roadmap recommendations, positioning frameworks, and portfolio priorities throughout the product lifecycle.
- Competitive Intelligence: Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to monitor the landscape, assess competitive threats, and identify white space opportunities that inform both product development and go-to-market strategy.
- KOL Development: Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to build scientific credibility, support evidence generation, and expand market reach.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with clinical, regulatory, and R&D teams to support clinical study design, case study development, and identification of unmet needs in target markets.
Downstream Marketing Responsibilities- Marketing Program Execution: Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and promotional programs in collaboration with senior leadership, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and commercial objectives.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales leadership to develop marketing briefs, field tools, and training materials that equip the sales team to effectively position and sell our products.
- Business Partner Engagement: Maintain regular communication with commercial partners to evaluate market segment performance, surface field challenges, and align marketing response to evolving sales dynamics.
- Customer Relationship Development: Build and sustain meaningful relationships with healthcare professionals to foster peer-to-peer educational opportunities and drive product adoption.

Minimum QualificationsEducation:• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field
Experience:• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a product manager role/relevant marketing role within the tissue, biologics, or medical device industry, preferably in wound care.

Work EnvironmentEmployees in this role may be exposed to a variety of environmental, activity-related, and ergonomic hazards throughout the workday. Environmental risks include potential spills, weather-related conditions, inadequate ventilation, exposure to extreme heat or cold, poor housekeeping, chemical exposure, and slip, trip, and fall hazards. Activity-related hazards may involve working around burn or heat sources, compressed gases, electrical cords and tools, energized equipment, and possible exposure to contagious diseases or other unforeseen risks. Ergonomic hazards are also present, including lifting, awkward postures, repetitive motions, and prolonged periods of sitting or standing. Specific job tasks such as sitting at a workstation for extended periods can lead to back, shoulder, hand, arm injuries, and eye strain, while prolonged standing may result in strains, sprains, and leg or knee injuries. Walking throughout the building introduces the risk of slips, trips, falls, and strains, particularly if walkways are obstructed or wet. Additionally, cleaning up spills can pose hazards such as slips, trips, strains, and potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens. Overall, employees must remain aware of these hazards to reduce the risk of injury in the workplace.
Travel RequirementsTravel up to 25% of the time to participate in trade shows, product development meetings, strategy sessions, and vendor meetings as needed.
