Solution Architect SAP SD/OTC - Billing
Location: Plano TX
IPC - Invoicing & Price Corrections
Billing and Invoicing:
Generate and validate invoices, credit notes, and billing documents.
Ensure compliance with billing policies and tax regulations.
Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes in a timely manner.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain customer master data and pricing agreements.
Address customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Reporting and Analysis:
Generate reports and dashboards to track sales performance and billing accuracy.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
SAP System Optimization / Address Gaps:
Configure and customize SAP SD and Billing modules as needed.
Stay updated on SAP updates and best practices to optimize system functionality
