Title:
Product Integrator

Job Summary

KBR seeks to hire a Product Integrator who will lead the planning, execution, and deployment of new products or complex systems, ensuring all components and stakeholders work together to achieve program objectives. This role typically involves a blend of program or project management, systems engineering, and cross-functional coordination, especially within the UAS Project Office supporting a Product Office. This position requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and diplomacy. Candidates must possess proven skill sets required to coordinate the activities of a U.S. Army Aviation Acquisition product office and must be a self-starter who can perform multiple tasks simultaneously./

Roles and Responsibilities
  • The Product Integrator's primary duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Program Planning & Execution: Developing and maintaining program-level plans, budgets, and schedules to meet contract requirements and ensure a smooth transition from development into operations.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Teaming with program managers and interfacing regularly with functional counterparts such as Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Quality Assurance to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Systems Integration: Overseeing the integration of various subsystems (hardware, software, IT infrastructure) into a unified, cohesive whole that meets mission needs.
  • Risk and Opportunity Management: Facilitating the tracking of risks and opportunities and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Ensuring all processes and designs adhere to technical standards, security requirements (e.g., ITAR, COMSEC, OPSEC for DoD programs), and creating thorough documentation for all integration procedures.
  • Testing and Validation: Coordinating and participating in design reviews, testing, and validation activities (e.g., acceptance testing, system verification) to confirm compliance with requirements.
  • Communication and Reporting: Preparing detailed reports and presentations to communicate program status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and executive leadership.


Basic Qualifications:
  • This position requires a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree (e.g. engineering, logistics, computer science, information systems, math, business, physical science, other related management, or technical discipline) and 20 years of related experience (an additional 8 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree).
  • Candidates must be a United States citizen.
  • Candidates must possess an active Secret or higher security clearance.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as an acquisition analyst
  • Previous experience as a product integrator
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
