Job Title

Product Growth Delivery Manager, SMB Direct

The Product Delivery Manager – Growth & Sales Enablement is responsible for supporting sales program execution and product growth initiatives that drive front book acquisition across the SMB Direct portfolio. This role serves as a critical link between product strategy and field execution—ensuring sales teams are equipped with the training, tools, and messaging needed to successfully acquire new merchants and grow pipeline. The position focuses on enabling consistent execution of growth programs that translate directly into increased new business volume.

Drive Front Book Acquisition Growth (SMB Direct)

  • Support product growth strategies that directly impact new merchant acquisition (front book)
  • Execute programs that increase penetration of strategic products across the SMB Direct channel
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Operations to align on growth priorities and pipeline acceleration

Sales Program Execution & Enablement

  • Support the rollout and execution of sales programs, campaigns, and blitz initiatives designed to generate new business
  • Develop and deliver sales training to improve lead conversion, pipeline management, and close rates
  • Ensure sellers are enabled with clear guidance on how to drive front book growth through key motions and tools

Product Growth & Commercialization

  • Translate product strategy into field-ready enablement to support adoption and sales execution
  • Support go-to-market efforts for new and existing products, ensuring alignment to acquisition goals
  • Create positioning and value propositions that resonate with SMB prospects and drive conversion

Sales Communications

  • Deliver clear, consistent communications to the field to support sales programs, product initiatives, and growth priorities
  • Simplify complex product and program updates into actionable, sales-friendly messaging
  • Reinforce key behaviors and priorities that drive new business acquisition

Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Track performance of sales programs and product initiatives tied to front book growth
  • Identify gaps in execution, training, or messaging and implement improvements
  • Gather field feedback to continuously refine enablement strategies and program effectiveness

What you need to have:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, product delivery, product growth, or sales program execution
  • Strong understanding of SMB sales environments and new business acquisition dynamics
  • Experience supporting sales campaigns, pipeline development, and conversion improvement
  • Excellent communication and training skills with a focus on field adoption
  • Ability to operate cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Commercialization, Marketing, Operations, and other operational teams

Salary Range:

$72,000.00-$105,500.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in Maryland. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. Certain Positions are Commissions eligible.
