About the roleHundreds of thousands of people onboard every quarter, but most haven't yet reached the moment voice becomes a natural part of how they work. As a Growth Engineer at Wispr, you'll own that challenge: onboarding, first dictation, and the path from trying Flow to relying on it.
This isn't growth at the edges. Our biggest opportunities are inside the product.
What you'll do- Own the activation curve: onboarding, first use, habit formation
- Ship experiments fast, read results honestly, graduate winners and kill losers
- Improve the randomization, exposure, instrumentation, and analysis that make results trustworthy
- Close funnel gaps across platforms with the teams that own the product experience
You may be a fit if- You've moved a funnel metric and can explain the before, the after, and why your work caused it
- You've killed your own experiments when the evidence said so
- You ship fast at production quality and prefer several clear iterations to one perfect launch
- You answer product questions with data and know when the measurement is misleading
- You take ownership when the problem, or the path forward, is ambiguous
Product-led growth, experimentation platform, or SQL experience is helpful but not required. Voice, ML, or native desktop and mobile experience is not required.

LogisticsWe sponsor H1B, O1, EB1, L1, STEM OPT, and more. We can't guarantee sponsorship for every role, but if we make you an offer we'll make every reasonable effort, with help from our immigration law firm.
We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every qualification. The strongest candidates we meet rarely do, so don't exclude yourself prematurely. We're rethinking how humans interact with AI, and doing that well demands diversity of perspective and experience.
We're committed to a fair and accessible interview process. If you need any accommodations or adjustments, please let us know.
