POSITION: Product Enablement Manager
DUTIES: Academy Develop & implement a set of techniques or analytics applications to transform raw data into meaningful information using data-oriented programming languages & visualization software. Advance technical expertise of customers, employees, and partners in using the Board e-learning Academy program by collaborating with the Instructional Designers. Lead development of Board applications for e-learning courses, expanding product knowledge of new and existing features, & promoting best practices through hands-on trainings in Rise 360. Liaison between the product & engineering teams to bring new product information to Board Academy. Administer & manage the Academy's Learning Management Systems (LMS), including Skilljar & Board training systems. Lead version release enablement initiatives and manage the global instructor-led training program. Initiate cross-functional partnerships to ensure smooth platform operations, identify educational needs, & align training with upcoming features. Spearhead the creation & rollout of the advanced developer certification program, serving as both project lead & Subject Matter Expert (SME).
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field plus 2 years exp in a position developing Board applications for e-learning courses with Rise 360, implementing custom BI & CPM solutions in agile methodology, & managing Board developer certification program. 10% travel reqd, domestic & international*. Background check required. Hybrid work available (2-3 days in-office) in Boston MSA.

SALARY: $114,088 to $124,250
