About the Role

The Product Director is a core member of the SPRAVATO® brand marketing team and will be responsible for shaping the strategy and operating model for high-impact education and engagement programs that support business priorities for the brand. The successful candidate will be a highly organized leader who brings operational rigor, strategic judgment, executive communication skills, and the ability to align multiple stakeholders across a complex matrix. The individual will work closely with other brand partners and a cross-functional team that includes Sales Leadership, Medical Affairs, Insights and Analytics, external vendors as well as other brand teams within the neuroscience portfolio.

The Product Director will report to the Group Product Director for Professional Promotion.

Responsibilities

Areas of Focus include but are not limited to the following activities:
  • Own the development and pull-through of SPRAVATO®'s healthcare professional strategic messages roadmap across all professional education content and tactics
  • Lead strategy development and tactic prioritization aligned with business objectives, and ensure executional excellence across speaker bureau and advisory boards; ensure alignment with other teams across the neuroscience portfolio
  • Build and foster strong relationships with speaker bureau members and other key opinion leaders
  • Manage relationship with professional education agencies to ensure disciplined and effective execution of SPRAVATO® speaker programs
  • Lead budget stewardship, governance process, internal and external stakeholder engagement with disciplined oversight of planning, spend, prioritization, issue resolution, escalations, and training
  • Provide strategic direction and partner with the Insights and Analytics team to generate actionable insights and analytics through market research and data analytics that will inform marketing strategies and tactics
  • Be a connector across SPRAVATO® cross-functional teams as well as other JNJ Neuroscience brands to meet evolving business needs and support a culture of collaboration
  • Champion a culture of innovation and collaboration


Qualifications
  • A minimum Bachelor's degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience, including pharmaceutical and healthcare knowledge
  • Practical knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing, FDA regulatory and legal requirements, and HCC regulations
  • Strong marketing proficiency, project management and executive communication skills required along with demonstrated presentation skills
  • Highly organized with demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, and complex operational workstreams simultaneously
  • A demonstrated ability to be proactive, work within a team environment, and lead multiple agencies/partners and external stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal flexibility and ability to engage effectively with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Ability to work in the Titusville, NJ office 3 days a week and travel up to 20% domestically.
  • Demonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and applying new tools over time.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$122,000.00 - $212,750.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation -120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado -48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington -56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays -13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave - 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave - 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave - 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave - 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off - 80 hours per calendar year
