As a Senior Product Developer at Epicor, you will design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions while contributing across the full software development lifecycle. You will leverage AI-assisted development practices to improve delivery speed, quality, and engineering productivity while helping build scalable, cloud-native applications. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions, driving continuous improvements in engineering standards, and mentoring fellow developers. What you will be doing:
Design, develop, refactor, test, and maintain applications, services, APIs, and frameworks that support scalable and reliable software solutions.
Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, code reviews, and technical solution reviews to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Leverage AI-assisted development practices to improve software delivery speed, code quality, testing effectiveness, and documentation.
Review code for maintainability, performance, security, and adherence to established engineering standards and best practices.
Build and maintain tools, automation, and processes that improve software delivery, release readiness, and developer productivity.
Mentor developers through technical guidance, documentation, training, and knowledge-sharing initiatives that promote team growth.
Improve coding standards, reusable design patterns, team workflows, and engineering practices while accurately estimating work, identifying risks, and delivering high-quality solutions on schedule.
What you will likely bring:
5+ years’ experience in software engineering and modern application development, with experience designing, building, and maintaining enterprise software solutions.
2+ years’ experience in cloud technologies, AI-assisted development, or related technical domains, with working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
Strong software engineering expertise in one or more technologies such as Python, C#, Node.js, or similar modern programming languages and frameworks.
Experience with software design, automated testing, CI/CD practices, code reviews, secure coding principles, and Agile software delivery methodologies.
Ability to effectively utilize AI coding tools and coding agents for software development, code reviews, testing, documentation, and productivity improvements.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, debugging, communication, collaboration, and mentorship skills, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and business domains.
Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum: $105,000 USD Maximum: $178,000 USD
