JOB DESCRIPTION

Shape the future of product delivery while crafting solutions that enhance and optimize employee experiences. Serve as the strategic execution partner to Product and Technology, translating employee-support strategy and roadmap priorities into predictable, high-quality delivery. 

As a Product Delivery Manager, Vice President in Employee Help, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. You will lead end-to-end processes and manage dependencies to enable successful, well-organized implementations. Working across HR, Technology, and Operations, you keep employee experience and compliance at the center of every decision.

Job responsibilities

  • Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination.
  • Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners .
  • Lead end-to-end delivery for Employee Help products, from intake and feasibility through development, testing, release, operationalization, and performance reporting.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Technology leaders, and stakeholders to evaluate requests, clarify scope, and translate priorities into structured delivery plans.
  • Ensure adequate resourcing and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders and functional partners to surface constraints, negotiate trade-offs, and adjust plans.
  • Monitor post-deployment performance, capture lessons learned, and feed insights back into product and delivery improvement cycles.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing delivery metrics, blockers, and feedback to streamline workflows and mature delivery disciplines across the portfolio.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities.
  • Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes. 
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies .
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate in matrixed environments amid ambiguity.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
  • Ability to interpret delivery performance and product impact metrics.
  • Familiarity with delivery and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
