  • Architect Reverse Logistics Workflows: Lead the architecture and implementation of system configurations specifically designed for reverse logistics workflows, optimizing how products are returned, evaluated, and reintegrated into the supply chain.
  • Drive Enterprise Transformation: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for large-scale enterprise transformation projects related to refurbishing operations, facilitating communication between IT and business stakeholders to align system capabilities with operational goals.
  • Collaborate on CTO Strategies: Proactively collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and IT teams to align Configure-To-Order (CTO) strategies with business requirements, ensuring high-velocity delivery of refurbished product configurations.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • Agile PLM Mastery: Deep expertise in Agile PLM (or similar PLM tools) for product configuration and advanced BOM management, specifically for complex hardware structures.
  • Reverse Logistics Expertise: Proven experience in reverse logistics and refurbished product lifecycle management, understanding the unique challenges of re-manufacturing and circular supply chains.
  • Transformation Leadership: A demonstrated history of leading enterprise transformation initiatives and configuring complex product structures within global ERP and PLM environments.
  • Cross-Functional Influence: Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence results across manufacturing, supply chain, and IT in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Pure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
