Working closely with Legal, Compliance, Ad Review, Red Oak, Marketing, Product, Technology, Operations, and Distribution partners, this individual coordinates reviews and approvals to ensure communications are accurate, clear, customer-focused, and aligned with business and regulatory requirements.

Position Responsibilities

Product Communications & PLM Deliverables

  • Coordinate product-related forms and application content updates to align with approved product positioning, disclosures, and customer/advisor-facing language.
  • Translate product strategy, features, rules, and positioning into accurate customer, advisor, operational, and technology-facing content in partnership with Product Line Managers.
  • Assess product change impacts across communications, documentation, forms, applications, disclosures, websites, statements, systems, and partner materials.
  • Track launch readiness activities, including communications, approvals, documentation updates, dependencies, and stakeholder sign-offs.
  • Manage communication-related workstreams for Product Line Managers by organizing deliverables, documenting decisions, and tracking dependencies.

Product Language & Content Governance

  • Maintain consistent product terminology, naming conventions, and messaging across customer, advisor, operational, technology, and partner touchpoints.
  • Maintain governance reference materials for approved product names, terminology, messaging standards, and usage guidance.
  • Identify inconsistent, outdated, or unclear product language and coordinate updates to improve accuracy, clarity, and usability.

Review & Approval Coordination

  • Coordinate review and approval processes with Legal, Compliance, Ad Review, Red Oak, Marketing, Product Line Management, and other stakeholders to ensure communications meet business and regulatory requirements.
  • Submit materials for review, track feedback and decisions, coordinate revisions, and maintain visibility into approval status and outstanding items.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Technology, Operations, Distribution, Legal, Compliance, Ad Review, and other teams to gather requirements, resolve content questions, and support timely delivery.
  • Ensure final communications reflect approved product language, disclosure standards, and stakeholder input.

Product Information & Documentation Governance

  • Maintain accurate product information within ArcPro for Owner’s Acknowledgement forms and within other product management tools, ensuring alignment across customer-facing, advisor-facing, operational, and technology channels.
  • Maintain documentation governance practices, reporting, inventories, tracking tools, and content records to support product lifecycle management.
