  • Translate voice-of-customer into clearly defined product requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of competitive offerings, adjacent technologies, and emerging market shifts.

Product Development & Execution
  • Define product requirements and specifications, including mechanical performance requirements, environmental and durability constraints, integration needs for sensor-ready or traceability-enabled features.
  • Partner with engineering teams to guide design tradeoffs, balancing performance, cost, manufacturability, and ease of installation.
  • Support validation, testing, and qualification processes-particularly for new materials, environments, or integrated technologies.
  • Oversee pilot programs and early customer trials.

Commercialization & Go-To-Market
  • Partner with marketing to define messaging, positioning, and launch strategies.
  • Support development of technical documentation, application guides, sales tools and training materials.
  • Enable sales teams and distribution partners to effectively position and sell new solutions.
  • Lead product launch activities including pricing, channel readiness, and demand planning.

Partnership & Technology Integration
