Full Job Description
Producer

$90,000 - $120,000 (Based on Experience)

The Producer is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of Brand Amp productions from pre-production through wrap. This person is the organizational backbone of the shoot, ensuring talent, locations, vendors, schedules, budgets, and production logistics are buttoned up and everyone has what they need to execute successfully.

Responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end pre-production process, including production calendars, task tracking, timelines, production booklets, call sheets, schedules, and required documentation.
• Lead talent sourcing and management, including identification, availability, negotiations, creative/client reviews and approvals, contracts, releases, and payment coordination.
• Manage locations and production logistics, including location sourcing, permits, agreements, vendors, equipment, transportation, parking, catering/craft services, hair and makeup, wardrobe, props, and other shoot requirements.
• Serve as the primary production point person, keeping internal teams, clients, talent, crew, vendors, and partners aligned from pre-production through shoot completion.
• Own the master production budget, tracking expenses, managing vendor and freelance payments, and ensuring all financial and contractual requirements are completed within approved parameters.
• Partner closely with the Creative Lead, Director, Cinematographer/Editor, and Brand Amp team to translate creative needs into executable production plans, while anticipating challenges and proactively solving issues.
• Lead on-set production management, troubleshooting in real time to keep the shoot running efficiently, while maintaining organized production records, contracts, releases, invoices, and other required paperwork through completion.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces at once
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills
• Proven ability to manage production timelines, budgets, talent, vendors, and logistics
• Calm under pressure and exceptionally resourceful when things don't go according to plan
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment with multiple projects and shifting priorities
• Strong understanding of commercial, branded, social, and/or digital content production
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with creative teams, clients, talent, and production partners
• Someone who takes ownership, anticipates needs, and doesn't wait to be told what needs to happen next
