The Labor Management Product Owner (PO) leads development of new labor-management-related products for HCA Hospital Based Services (HBS). The PO is the subject matter expert on one or more service lines within HBS and leverages that expertise to drive data and application development, providing the business, operational and data context required to move projects from concept to deployment. They will work closely with HBS operations leadership to understand complex business needs and utilize AI in a hyper-agile framework to rapidly prototype and iterate solutions before leading application and data engineers to develop and operationalize the solution. The PO is responsible for ensuring that solutions meet HCA Healthcare's architecture, coding and security standards and for supporting these solutions after they are deployed.

Product Pod Leadership
