Job DescriptionThis Operations Manager leads a Product Operations team supporting bond deals and trustee activities, including payments to bondholders and client wire disbursements. The role ensures effective operations, service quality, accuracy, controls, and risk management. It also supports projects, process improvements, innovation, and operational systems and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily operations, team workloads, and employee performance.
- Ensure quality service and effective support for internal and external customers.
- Monitor work activity, reporting, systems, and controls to ensure accurate and timely completion.
- Support issue resolution and help the team manage priorities and operational risk.
- Oversee debt service preparation, operational controls, and risk mitigation.
- Administer policies and procedures and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Lead and participate in projects, process improvements, efficiencies, innovation efforts, and development requests.
- Review and recommend operational systems and procedures and coordinate system conversions from an operations perspective.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically five or more years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications- Management experience, including employee leadership and performance management
- Thorough knowledge of operational functions, systems, procedures, and applicable products, programs, financial analysis, and documentation
- Product Operations or other operational experience
- Understanding of applicable Federal and State laws and regulations
- Strong organizational, managerial, project management, customer relations, and communication skills
- Experience leading projects, improving processes, and driving efficiencies or innovation
- Ability to manage competing priorities, assess risk, solve problems, and learn complex business functions
- Experience with STA, Arcaria, and SWP; ARES experience is beneficial but not required
Location Expectations:This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $98,175.00 - $115,500.00
