The Opportunity
As a Procurement Strategy and Strategic Sourcing - Value Capture - Senior Associate, you will focus on optimizing sourcing and procurement processes to drive cost savings, enhance supplier collaboration, and strengthen supply chain resilience. Within our Operations practice, you will work closely with clients to analyze sourcing strategies, identify opportunities for cost reduction, and develop strategies to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness. In this role, you will provide guidance on implementing strategic sourcing frameworks, supplier relationship management, and digital procurement solutions.
As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions. Responsibilities
- Analyzing client needs to develop operational strategies that enhance productivity and business performance
- Collaborating with clients to optimize sourcing and procurement processes for cost savings and supply chain resilience
- Implementing strategic sourcing frameworks and digital procurement solutions to improve procurement efficiency
- Managing supplier relationships to foster collaboration and optimize supplier performance
- Utilizing procurement software such as SAP Ariba and Coupa Software to streamline procurement activities
- Conducting spend analysis and supplier evaluations to identify opportunities for cost reduction
- Leading contract negotiations and confirming contractual compliance to support procurement objectives
- Applying analytical thinking and financial management skills to drive procurement strategy and value capture
- Navigating complex procurement scenarios to deliver quality solutions and support client objectives
- Mentoring junior team members to develop their skills and understanding of procurement processes
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Design/Multimedia, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Project/Technology Management, Science
- At least one of the following: Certified Supply Chain Management Professional (CSCMP), American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS), Institute for Supply Management (ISM)
- Utilizing analytical thinking to enhance procurement strategies
- Managing complex procurement processes with SAP Ariba and Coupa Software
- Navigating supplier negotiations and relationship management effectively
- Developing procurement process improvements and strategic sourcing initiatives
- Interpreting data for insightful spend analysis and supply chain costing

Job Posting End Date
The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
