Ramboll is seeking motivated and inquisitive candidates to join our growing Project
Delivery Team for a procurement specialist role.

As our new Procurement Specialist, you will support industrial engineering, Engineering, Procurement, & Construction (EPC), and EPCM projects as part of our Project Resources Team. This position may be considered as a hybrid role with occasional project travel, supporting the project managers, engineers, construction managers, and other project team members.

Job Description

As a Procurement Specialist, you will support the full procurement lifecycle for
equipment, materials, and subcontracted services, including:
• Developing and managing Requests for Proposal (RFP), Requests for Bid (RFB),
and Requests for Quote (RFQ).
• Participating in supplier and subcontractor market engagement and
prequalification activities.
• Coordinating procurement packages and procurement-related project activities.
• Analyzing and evaluating bids and proposals.
• Preparing bid tabulations and recommendation-for-award documentation.
• Supporting commercial negotiations and contract award processes.
• Maintaining procurement documentation, logs, and status reporting.
• Supporting Procurement Execution Strategies (PES) and Procurement Plans.
• Facilitating obligations of contracts with subcontractors and vendors
• Tracking material shipments and coordinating with onsite representatives for
deliveries.
• Creating submittal logs and tracking receipt and review of submittals.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project
Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related
field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Equivalent combinations
of education and experience may be considered.
• Experience supporting procurement activities on EPC, EPCM, industrial,
manufacturing, energy, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience preparing and administering competitive bid packages.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary project environments.

Preferred Skills
• Experience with Scanmarket, Supplhi, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of procurement planning, supplier qualification, bid evaluations, and
contract administration.
• Experience supporting large capital projects and construction procurement
activities.
