Job Summary:

In this role, you will develop, maintain, and analyze procurement, materials management, and logistics schedules to support project execution objectives. You will collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, Materials Management, Construction, Project Controls, suppliers, and client teams to ensure material and equipment deliveries align with project milestones and construction needs. You will provide schedule analysis, forecasting, progress measurement, and reporting to support timely procurement execution and material availability. #LI-SM2

Major Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain procurement, materials management, and delivery schedules using Primavera P6.
• Integrate engineering, procurement, fabrication, expediting, logistics, and site delivery activities into project schedules.
• Develop procurement execution plans and delivery sequences for equipment and material commodities.
• Establish and maintain schedule logic between engineering deliverables, procurement activities, fabrication, delivery, and construction need dates.
• Support development and maintenance of Level 3 and Level 4 procurement and materials management schedules.
• Monitor procurement and delivery performance against project milestones and identify schedule risks, trends, and recovery opportunities.
• Perform schedule analysis, including critical path evaluation, float analysis, forecasting, and what-if scenario assessments.
• Support development of mitigation and recovery strategies to address procurement and delivery impacts.
• Utilize procurement and materials management systems to support progress measurement, forecasting, material status tracking, and reporting.
• Prepare schedule analyses, procurement status reports, milestone updates, and management presentations.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and a strong understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling principles.
• Knowledge of procurement, materials management, expediting, logistics, and supplier delivery processes.
• Understanding of engineering-to-procurement interfaces and construction-driven material delivery requirements.
• Experience with procurement and materials management systems such as DSCS and MAP. DSCS supports procurement planning, procurement execution, materials management, logistics, and reporting activities across projects. [How-to-Req...ss-to-DSCS | SharePoint], [Command Ce...nt Planner | SharePoint]
• Ability to perform schedule analysis, forecasting, progress measurement, and schedule reporting.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and project reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary project teams and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing procurement, materials, or logistics schedules on EPC projects.
• Experience supporting fabrication tracking, expediting, material availability planning, and supplier performance monitoring.
• Experience supporting large manufacturing, semiconductor, life sciences, data center, or other industrial projects.
• Familiarity with schedule impact analysis, recovery planning, risk analysis, and Earned Value Management (EVM) concepts.
