About the Role

As a CBRE Procurement Manager, you will lead strategic sourcing, supplier management, and procurement initiatives supporting a large, complex national facilities management portfolio consisting of approximately 70,000 locations and over $200 million in annual facilities spend.

This is a highly visible, high-impact role requiring a self-directed procurement professional who can quickly build credibility with stakeholders, develop sourcing strategies, negotiate favorable agreements, manage supplier performance, and deliver measurable financial and operational results.

This position is part of CBRE's Procurement function and works closely with Operations, Finance, and Client Leadership teams to support critical Facilities Management programs across the portfolio. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting ongoing services such as janitorial, landscaping, grounds maintenance, building maintenance, and other integrated facilities management programs.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience within Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supplier Management environments and be comfortable navigating complex supplier networks, analyzing large datasets, driving cost savings initiatives, and managing executive-level stakeholder relationships.
What You'll Do
  • Lead sourcing, contracting, and supplier management initiatives across a large national facilities portfolio.
  • Develop and execute procurement strategies that drive operational excellence, supplier performance, cost savings, and client satisfaction.
  • Manage the full sourcing lifecycle including RFPs, RFQs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, contract awards, and implementation.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Client Leadership teams.
  • Identify and implement strategic cost-saving opportunities across facilities services categories.
  • Analyze large datasets, supplier spend, performance metrics, and market trends to identify risks, opportunities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Support multi-year contract management activities while ensuring suppliers meet service level agreements and contractual obligations.
  • Establish and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships through proactive communication and problem resolution.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement procurement strategies that improve service delivery while reducing costs.
  • Influence stakeholders and project teams without direct authority to achieve procurement and business objectives.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE's RISE values.

  • Experience supporting large, complex facilities services, corporate real estate, or integrated facilities management programs.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple sourcing initiatives and supplier programs simultaneously.
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with contract negotiation, supplier governance, vendor performance management, and compliance programs.
  • Proven ability to identify cost savings opportunities and deliver measurable procurement results.
