Procurement Effectiveness Specialist - Strategy & Transformation Management

What You'll Do
  • Lead strategic transformation initiatives across procurement, including sustainability, supplier performance, digitalization, process excellence, compliance, supplier diversity and working capital optimization.
  • Partner with Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain Operations, Treasury, Legal, and senior business leaders to drive cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable business impact.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies that accelerate adoption and sustain results.
  • Design and lead high-impact supplier engagement events, including Supplier Days and executive forums, creating opportunities to strengthen strategic partnerships, accelerate collaboration, and advance procurement priorities.
  • Own the design and continuous improvement of the Strategic Supplier Business Review framework, driving standardization, governance, executive visibility, and organizational adoption across procurement teams.
  • Lead cash generation and working capital improvement programs, including payment terms optimization and other value creation initiatives.
  • Build compelling executive presentations and communications that influence decisions and align stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Identify opportunities, challenge existing ways of working, and lead initiatives that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and business performance.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or a related field.
  • +7 Years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Consulting, Business Transformation, Program Management, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence.
  • PMP Certification (preferred).
  • MBA (preferred).

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 117,600 - USD 176,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
