Responsibilities

Full Job Description
This role leads procurement contracting activities across the enterprise, ensuring vendor agreements are completed efficiently, accurately, and consistent with business objectives and risk standards.

You will lead the full contract lifecycle-from vendor selection through execution and post-award transition-while partnering closely with Procurement, Legal, InfoSec, Finance, Privacy, AI Governance, and business partners. As a senior individual contributor, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, driving contracting strategy, consistency, and risk mitigation.

What You will Do
  • Contract Development and Negotiation
    • Lead drafting, review, negotiation, and administration of a wide range of contracts (e.g., NDAs, licensing, professional services, purchasing, and reseller agreements)
    • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance standards, and risk tolerance
    • Identify and assess contractual risks; partner with Legal and other internal partners to mitigate risk
    • Interpret contract terms and advise key partners on obligations, risks, and impacts
    • Maintain contract documentation, version control, and repository standards
  • Contracting Process & Project Management
    • Lead end-to-end contracting activities for complex, high-impact engagements
    • Drive alignment across teams on scope, pricing, risk, and timelines
    • Establish and run project plans to ensure timely contract execution
    • Identify and resolve risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies
    • Communicate status, risks, and key decisions, escalating as needed
    • Ensure smooth transition from contract execution to supplier onboarding
  • Governance, Standards & Continuous Improvement
    • Contribute to and enhance contract management policies, templates, and playbooks
    • Support development of contract metrics (e.g., cycle time, compliance, risk exposure)
    • Serve as a subject matter authority on contract management practices and tools
    • Find opportunities to improve efficiency, transparency, and risk management
    • Promote adoption of standard processes across Procurement and partner teams
  • General Procurement Support
    • Provide contracting guidance during sourcing, vendor evaluation, and award decisions
    • Support procurement activities such as bid development and supplier evaluation
    • Mentor team members on contracting practices and risk considerations

Compensation

Salary Range: $96,700 - $161,200 plus eligibility for annual bonus program
