Job Description
• Purpose and Impact - The S2P Business Analyst supports the Source-to-Pay transformation program by bridging business needs and technology solutions. This role is responsible for eliciting and documenting requirements, analyzing current-state processes, and working closely with product teams, stakeholders, and suppliers to deliver high-value S2P capabilities.
Key Accountabilities
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements for S2P processes including sourcing, procurement, and accounts payable
• Develop user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria to guide product and development teams
• Analyze current-state processes and identify gaps, pain points, and opportunities for improvement
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and agile ceremonies as the voice of the business
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions with cross-functional stakeholders to align on requirements and priorities
• Collaborate with the Product Manager, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs
• Support required change management activities, including communications, training, and stakeholder readiness, to ensure successful adoption of new solutions/processes.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that delivered solutions align with defined requirements
• Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation in tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate as appropriate
• Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
• 3-5 years of business analysis experience, preferably within S2P, procurement, or supply chain environments
• Strong understanding of S2P processes and systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar)
• Hands-on experience working within Scrum teams, including active participation in all Scrum ceremonies
• Demonstrated ability to write well-defined user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria in an agile/Scrum environment
• Familiarity with Scrum roles, artifacts, and events; ability to work effectively alongside a Scrum Master and Product Owner
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and process mapping tools
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field
• Experience in Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project Planner is preferred
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, Six Sigma or Agile certifications a plus
