The Procurement Automation Engineer will work closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, IT, Finance, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to identify manual and repetitive processes and develop scalable digital solutions.

Analyze current procurement workflows and identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain automation solutions for procurement and supply chain processes.

Automate workflows such as purchase order management, supplier communication, RFQ processes, approvals, data collection, reporting, and exception management.

Develop automated alerts and workflows for issues such as overdue purchase orders, late supplier deliveries, missing confirmations, price discrepancies, and other procurement exceptions.

Measure automation results including hours saved, process cycle-time reduction, data accuracy, adoption, and productivity improvement.

What you'll need:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Experience developing business process automation, analytics, applications, or digital solutions.

Strong experience with one or more of the following: Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SQL, Python, APIs/system integration, RPA or workflow automation.
