What You Will Do:This position will play a critical role in supporting the broader team in executing the client transform their business with digital transformation efforts. Develop new automation capabilities, processes, and procedures for enhancing the security effectiveness and operational efficiency of DHS's mission-based capabilities through enhanced detection, automation, integration, and connection. This position will assist in strategic program support in terms of process automation, data analytics and change management. The position will work within teams to bring transformation tools and improvements, primarily using MS Power Platform.
What You Will Need:- Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree
- ONE (1) or more years' experience in business analytics, business management or process improvement
- ONE (1) or more years' Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Automate)
What Would Be Nice To Have:- Active DHS Public Trust or higher clearance
- Direct experience or familiarity with DHS law-enforcement agencies
- Advanced Power Platform experience (Power Apps/Power Automate)
- Tableau or BI software experience
- R or Python software experience
The annual salary range for this position is $74,000.00-$124,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
