What You Will Do:
  • Serve as a business analyst for a law enforcement agency conducting process improvement initiatives, working to gather and document requirements to help with automation development
  • Solve problems by following procedures and have experience in evaluating controls associated with complex business processes
  • Conduct research and analysis using different toolsets across MS suite of tools
  • Work with clients within the Homeland Security space working to improve processes


What You Will Need:
  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • THREE (3) or more years' experience in business analytics, communications, change management, or strategy


What Would Be Nice To Have:
  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED DHS Public Trust
  • Experience with law enforcement
  • Experience supporting training efforts through the review and updating of curriculum, supporting logistics and planning and overall training program needs.
  • Experience leading process improvement and automation efforts to develop new tools/processes in a law enforcement environment.
