Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or related field from an accredited program.
• Minimum 13 years related experience in design engineering or consulting required.
• Preferred Engineering & Construction (E&C) experience.
• Experience leading Front End Planning, detailed design and construction on process facility projects preferred.
• Desirable advanced degree and/or professional designations (PE license).
• Expert knowledge of refining industry design concepts and best practices, including fractionation, hydroprocessing, and conversion processes.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage the technical direction, work assignments, and mentor engineers for major process facility projects.
• Lead client and team relationships to ensure process design meets project objectives.
• Plan and direct feasibility studies, technology evaluations, and conceptual designs to support projects.
• Maintain current knowledge of market trends and provide updates for strategic initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Identify and support business development efforts including proposals and contract negotiations.
• Provide technical leadership at conferences through presentations and seminars.
