Responsibilities

  • Lead process development and scale-up for manufacturing in a lab setting.
  • Design and develop manufacturing processes using statistical analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for compliance assurance.
  • Engage in new product scale-up and associated purification activities.
  • Optimize processes and conduct technology transfer and validation activities.

Full Job Description
Process Scientist, Advanced you will:
  • Leads process development and scale-up of manufacturing processes for production in a lab environment.
  • Designs and develops processes for manufacturing using statistics-based experimentation and principles of process excellence.
  • Works with internal organizations and vendors to ensure regulatory and company compliance of manufacturing processes.
  • Involved in new product scale-up, purification, process optimization, technology transfer and process validation activities.

This is a full-time- contract opportunity.

The Ideal Candidate will have:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
  • Post-graduate certification and/or license may be required.
  • Typically, at least 4+ years relevant experience for entry into this level.
  • Develops production procedures and product specifications.
  • Monitors the performance of processes and equipment and makes recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Develops custom pilot scale and commercial manufacturing equipment.
  • Works with equipment vendors to define, develop, implement and qualify process equipment.


PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $38 - $41.90 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
