This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and evaluating clinical workflows and training needs.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in health administration, public health, or related field, Or equivalent education/experience
  • 3 years project management, clinical support, EHR optimization, organizational development, staff training or other related fields
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access programs, including Pivot tables, Graphs, and creating presentations.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Epic-related work experience.
  • AthenaIDX related work experience. Proven experience with process improvement, six sigma, business transformation

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
