What You'll Do- Lead end-to-end business process improvement projects across enterprise functions using Lean, Six Sigma and DMAIC methodologies.
- Analyse existing business processes, identify inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements that deliver measurable outcomes.
- Conduct root cause analysis and current-state versus future-state assessments to identify underlying business issues.
- Gather, interpret and analyse process data to support decision making and validate improvement opportunities.
- Partner with operational and functional teams to implement sustainable process improvements and encourage continuous improvement practices.
- Manage improvement initiatives using structured project management disciplines, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, timelines and milestones.
- Produce process documentation, process maps, reports and dashboards to communicate progress and business impact.
- Support the development and delivery of process improvement training and capability building across the organisation.
- Contribute to larger enterprise transformation initiatives while independently managing smaller process improvement projects.
What We're Looking For- Demonstrable experience delivering business process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC or comparable methodologies.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferable
- Strong experience conducting root cause analysis, process mapping and current-state/future-state analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience collecting, interpreting and using data to drive improvement decisions.
- Experience working in a business analyst or process improvement capacity, with the confidence to question existing ways of working and challenge constructively.
- Proven ability to manage improvement work using structured project management disciplines.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple business functions.
- Experience using process mapping and project management tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, JIRA or Microsoft Project.

Expected salary range: US - $92,500 - $123,300 per year
Actual salary within the stated range will depend on the individual's experience, qualifications, skills, location, and other job-related factors. Additional benefits include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive bonus, a 12% employer contribution to a pension plan, and a comprehensive medical benefits package.
