Process Engineer to join our team at our
Iowa City Oral Care Plant. This is an exceptional opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience and make a tangible impact from day one.

Our Oral Care Plant is the Hub for Oral-B Toothbrushes across North America, including both Power & Manual Brushes. We are the only Brush Plant in the United States & our employees have been making a difference in smiles across the world since 1950!
Currently our site is in the process of expanding, bringing a diverse array of exciting experiences with Brand Initiatives, Manufacturing & Equipment Start Up, & so much more!
What You Will Do:- Process Optimization & Loss Elimination: Identify, prioritize, and eliminate losses and inefficiencies through root cause analysis, implementing innovative solutions to streamline processes and reduce manual intervention. You'll lead or contribute to loss elimination projects using our Unified Problem Solving (UPS) methodology.
- Operational Excellence & Digital Solutions: Drive proper execution of Health, Safety, Environment (HS&E), and Quality standards. You'll support and lead the adoption of digital solutions, facilitating the integration of new tools and training team members to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Data Analysis & Value Creation: Leverage data management and visualization tools (e.g., Databricks, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) to analyze trends, generate actionable insights, and collaborate with stakeholders to define solutions that drive business outcomes.
- Support & Develop: Support daily production line activities, build long-term capabilities, and coach Equipment Operators to ensure perfect execution of standard work procedures.
- Collaborate: Work with technical experts, other functions, and manufacturing sites to create the best solutions.

Job QualificationsYou are a good fit here if you:- Have a BS/MS degree in Engineering. We prefer Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, though we may also consider other engineering.
- 0 - 5 years of relevant work experience
- Are willing to relocate during your career. This role in particular requires individuals to be on site at our Iowa City Oral Care Plant (click here to learn more about the site!). Relocation available to applicable candidates.
- Willing to travel occasionally
