Process Engineer II - Turnkey Systems

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Process Engineer II to support the design and delivery of turnkey process systems, including skid-mounted equipment and tank systems, for sanitary manufacturing industries.

This role is responsible for developing complete process solutions-from concept and design through fabrication, installation, and commissioning-ensuring systems meet performance, quality, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in hygienic process design and a strong understanding of integrated system delivery.

What You'll Do
  • Design systems including:
    • CIP/COP, mixing, filtration, dosing skids, storage & process tanks
  • Develop PFDs, P&IDs, and layouts
  • Perform advanced calculations and system sizing
  • Specify process equipment
  • Coordinate with fabrication and automation teams
  • Support commissioning and troubleshooting

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering
  • 3-6 years of experience
  • Experience with skid systems or plant processes
  • Strong sanitary design and CIP/SIP knowledge

KPIs for Success
  • On-time delivery of system designs

Compensation
  • $85,000 - $115,000 base salary + bonus + benefits
