Full Job Description
Summary: The Process Engineer is responsible designing, implementing, monitoring and improving manufacturing or operational processes to increase efficiency, quality, safety, and productivity while reducing costs and waste.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Analyze existing production and operational processes.
• Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Develop and implement process improvements.
• Monitor process performance using data analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen projects.
• Support equipment installation, commissioning, and validation activities.
• Prepare technical reports and process documentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
