Position Highlights:
Position: Procedure Center Nurse
Location: Community Hospital
Responsibilities:
Continuously provide nursing care to patients utilizing both the nursing process and organization policies.
Administer intravenous (IV) sedation under the direct supervision of a licensed independent provider.
Perform ordered nursing procedures such as therapeutic phlebotomy and esophageal manometry.
Administer medications such as intravenous (IV) infusions and intramuscular or subcutaneous injections.
Using aseptic technique and ultrasound-guidance, perform insertion, assessment, and maintenance of the following vascular access devices:
peripheral IVs
midline IVs
peripherally inserted central catheters (PICCs)
Requirements:
RN License
Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience
BLS
Compensation:
The anticipated compensation range for this position is $36.00 - $41.40 per hour, commensurate with qualifications, education, experience, and other applicable factors. This position is exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Bonus: $20,000 (for RN's with 2 or more years of experience)
Additional compensation may be available in the form of discretionary incentive or other compensation programs. Any such additional compensation is not guaranteed and is determined at the sole discretion of the organization based on applicable program terms, individual and/or organizational performance, and other eligibility requirements.
