Come experience winter in the Rockies! The mountains are calling!!We're looking for a PRN Case Manager RN to join our Case Management team! Previous Case Management experience strongly preferred! GENERAL OBJECTIVES:- Assists Valley View inpatients and outpatients and their families in the overall Management of their plan of care across the continuum.
QUALIFICATIONS:Education:
- BSN RN preferred.
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- 1 year of nursing (RN) experience
Experience:
- Case management experience preferred.
- Computer experience (word processing, spreadsheet) and familiarity with Meditech

SALARY RANGE:- $39.96 to $59.95/hour +14% PRN Differential Pay.
- Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience.
- Valley View recognizes a 4% pay difference for RN-ADN, BSN, MSN
