Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities

  • Drive portfolio construction: commitment pacing, vintage and manager diversification, and liquidity planning against a long-duration liability profile
  • Structure for capital efficiency within insurance regulatory and rating agency capital frameworks, including rated feeders and bespoke SMAs
  • Build strategic GP relationships, positioning the platform as a partner of choice for co-investment, seeding, and bespoke mandates
  • Oversee portfolio monitoring, valuations, amendments, advisory boards, and secondary sale decisions; lead and develop investment professionals
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CFA / CAIA preferred
  • Significant multi-asset-class private markets experience spanning fund investing and direct/co-investment execution across Private Equity, Private Credit, Real Estate and Infrastructure. Must have 2 or 3 areas of expertise.
  • Deep structuring expertise: LPAs, side letters, co-investment terms, continuation vehicles, and bespoke vehicle formation
  • A demonstrated GP and intermediary sourcing network, rigorous judgment, and the leadership presence to influence Investment Committees and represent the program with sophisticated counterparties

Desired Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with insurance capital frameworks, ALM, and capital-efficient structuring is a strong plus
