  • Provide guidance on privacy requirements under GDPR and CCPA.
  • Manage privacy documentation and regulatory readiness activities.

Full Job Description
Role Summary

Integreon is seeking an experienced Privacy Attorney to support an established client privacy program. This role will provide hands-on support across a range of privacy operational and legal activities, including data subject requests, privacy impact assessments, vendor privacy reviews, privacy questionnaires, data processing agreements, privacy documentation management, and regulatory readiness.The attorney will work closely with the client's privacy and compliance teams and will interact regularly and directly with the client's Vice President of Compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong substantive privacy experience as well as the judgment, communication skills, and professionalism necessary to operate independently in a senior client-facing environment.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • ManageandsupportDataSubjectAccessRequests(DSARs)andotherdatasubjectrightsrequests.
  • ConductandsupportPrivacyImpactAssessments(PIAs)andDataProtectionImpactAssessments(DPIAs).
  • Performvendorandthird-partyprivacyreviewsandassessments.
  • Reviewandrespondtoprivacyanddataprotectionquestionnaires.
  • ProvidesupportwithDataProcessingAgreements(DPAs)andrelatedprivacycontractualrequirements.
  • ProvideguidanceonprivacyrequirementsunderGDPR,CCPA/CPRA,andotherapplicableU.S.andglobalprivacyframeworks.
  • Supportprivacydocumentationmanagementandregulatoryreadinessactivities.
  • Develop,update,andmaintainprivacyplaybooks,workflows,standardoperatingprocedures,templates,andotherprogramdocumentation.
  • Identifyprivacyrisksandescalatecomplexorsensitivemattersasappropriate.Workdirectlywiththeclient'sVicePresidentofComplianceandotherseniorstakeholdersonprivacymatters,priorities,andescalations.
  • Manageassignedmattersindependentlywhilemeetingestablishedservicelevelsandturnaroundexpectations.
