Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Privacy and Compliance Program Manager to support the operational aspects of the company’s privacy program. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in maintaining a privacy program.

How You'll Shine:

  • Develop and enhance processes and procedures for operationalizing privacy compliance and managing and supporting day-to-day operations of privacy compliance, including privacy impact and risk assessments, data subject requests, and records of processing activities
  • Assist with privacy compliance efforts to ensure integration of privacy-by-design principles and compliance with company’s privacy policies and procedures for company business processes and projects
  • Support maintenance of privacy notices and implementation across cross-functional teams
  • Maintain familiarity with emerging trends and regulatory changes, monitor and ensure compliance with global privacy laws and regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant frameworks
  • Perform legal and factual research and assist with contract administration duties as needed

Travel Requirements

  • May require occasional travel locally to Orlando but otherwise no travel required

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, law, risk management, or a related field.
  • Advanced certifications in privacy or data governance are a plus but not required (CIPP, CIPM, CIPT)
  • Working knowledge of global privacy laws and regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and others.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts into easy-to-understand language
  • Strong project management, organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to define problems, collect relevant information, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and exercise sound discretion and judgment in making decisions and performing duties.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment but a self-starter who is excels in working autonomously and taking initiative
  • Strong background working in data privacy compliance software such as OneTrust, TrustArc, or similar types of software
  • Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience with global privacy laws and regulations and privacy/compliance frameworks
  • Significant experience operationalizing all aspects of privacy compliance programs

Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
