As a Senior Network Engineer, you will serve as the on-site Principle Network Engineer in Montgomery, AL, ensuring mission-critical connectivity for government operations through disciplined design and operational rigor. Key responsibilities include: - Architecting and delivering Enterprise Network Architecture solutions across routed and switched environments - Leading advanced Network Troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex incidents - Driving Network Design and Implementation efforts, including configuration control and documentation - Strengthening security posture through Network Hardening and standards-based engineering Required qualifications: - 10+ Years Experience in enterprise networking roles - CCNP certification or Palo Alto Network Security Architect credential - Proven Subject Matter Expert (SME) capability; familiarity with Software Defined Networking (SDN) is strongly preferred If you're ready to own high-impact network outcomes, apply to discuss how your expertise can support this mission. You may refine or retire automation scripts to reduce repeat effort, then close the loop by documenting each incident or change for audit readiness.
