What We Are Looking ForWe are seeking an Epic Training professional with experience supporting Epic Playground environments, Epic Mitosis and/or Scotty, and strong analytical capabilities who can effectively balance training, reporting, and workflow optimization responsibilities. The ideal candidate is comfortable delivering end-user training, analyzing data, working extensively in Excel, and leveraging insights to improve workflows, user adoption, and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver end-user training programs.
- Create and maintain training materials, tip sheets, and workflow documentation.
- Support and maintain Epic Playground environments for training and testing activities.
- Utilize Epic Mitosis and/or Scotty to support training, reporting, and workflow initiatives.
- Analyze operational and training data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Develop reports and perform spreadsheet analysis using Excel.
- Partner with operational and IT teams to optimize workflows and increase user adoption.
- Support go-live, optimization, and ongoing education initiatives.
Required Qualifications- Patient Access Principle Trainer and Training Environment Build Certification
- Experience supporting Epic Playground environments.
- Experience with Epic Mitosis and/or Scotty.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience creating reports, analyzing data, and providing actionable recommendations.
- Experience supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, or optimization projects.
- Experience in healthcare scheduling, patient access, or ambulatory operations.
- Ability to develop training materials and workflow documentation.
