What You Will Do: - Performs duties related to overall Customer Service
- Serve as customer interface on product status and deliveries
- Maintain records of customer communications and documentation in support of proper traceability, and to ensure timely response to all inquiries
- Document customer needs and concerns to identify patterns and maintain customer quality satisfaction
- Be the focal point between the customer and all other supporting function
- Maintains knowledge of RTX organization and products to provide the appropriate information and support to customers.
- Performs Order Administration duties using SAP including, but not limited to: Data Entry, Service estimate editing & submission, Delivery/Shipment creation
- Works in a team environment, but also has the capacity to tackle tasks under minimal supervision after training is complete
Qualifications You Must Have: - Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Previous experience performing Data Entry to input & retrieve information
- Previous experience in a customer facing role
Qualifications We Prefer:- Effective communication with various internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to VSMs, engineering, Planning, Quality, and External Customers
- Previous experience using SAP
- Able to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Skilled in risk-based decision making to address moderately complex problems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to display exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Prior Aerospace MRO experience

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
