What You’ll Contribute


The Principal Specialist, Corporate Security, will be responsible for supporting the execution of security protocols and ensuring adherence to security policies and procedures, protecting our organization's assets, employees, and information.


What You’ll Do


  • Support the documentation, tracking, and reporting of security incidents, ensuring accuracy and timely communication to relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze security incidents, threats, and trends, and provide recommendations for improving security measures and protocols.
  • Support the coordination of security activities with cross-functional teams, such as HR, IT, and facilities, to ensure the organization's security needs are met.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of security awareness training programs to educate employees on security policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Assist in the maintenance of relationships with external security vendors, law enforcement agencies, and industry professionals to stay informed about security advancements and emerging threats.

What you have


Minimum education, skills and experience required.

  • Familiarity with security technologies, such as access control systems, surveillance systems, and incident response tools.
  • Knowledge of security risk assessment methodologies and experience in conducting assessments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to assess and mitigate security risks.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to corporate security, such as GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, etc.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Preferred education, skills, and experience


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as criminal justice, security management, or a related discipline. Relevant certifications are a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate security or a related field, demonstrating a solid understanding of security principles and best practices.
