Position Summary...The Principal Software Engineer leads the design and delivery of scalable platform capabilities, driving technical excellence across multiple teams. This role oversees the full software development lifecycle, applying cloud-native architecture and distributed system principles to support high availability and AI/ML integration. The position requires strategic technical leadership, mentorship, and collaboration with cross-functional partners to align engineering efforts with business objectives. The engineer champions innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence while ensuring solutions meet quality standards and long-term platform evolution goals.
What you'll do...- Lead platform engineering efforts by delivering scalable infrastructure, reusable tooling, and AI/ML frameworks aligned with strategic roadmaps.

- Champion continuous improvement by adopting new technologies and optimizing processes for quality and efficiency.
What you'll bring:- Extensive experience in platform engineering leadership, delivering scalable and reliable infrastructure and tooling.
- Proficiency in cloud-native architecture and distributed system design ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Strong expertise in AI/ML integration, building intelligent software systems using languages such as Python, Java, and C++.
- Proven ability to lead full software development lifecycle including CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and incident response.
- Skilled in applying model-driven design and leveraging modern development tools to enhance velocity and quality.
- Demonstrated technical leadership, mentorship, and strategic guidance across engineering teams.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional stakeholders to define and deliver technical solutions.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
