Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical fields
• 15+ years of experience in supporting systems engineering for DoD or Federal projects
• Proven leadership in complex systems engineering and integration
• In-depth knowledge of systems engineering methodologies and enterprise architecture
• Experience with cloud technologies and cybersecurity integration
• Strong collaboration skills with senior government officials
• Expertise in systems lifecycle including requirements and testing
• Familiarity with Agile, DevSecOps, and digital engineering practices
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility needed
