Summary of Role:

The Principal Quantum Integration Engineer serves as the primary execution coordinator for one or more quantum technology platforms. The role owns cross-functional integration activities required to move development programs from concept through prototype manufacturing.

Essential Responsibilities:

Integration Ownership

  • Lead execution planning for assigned quantum programs.


  • Drive alignment between modality roadmaps and manufacturing capability.


  • Develop integrated schedules, risk assessments, and readiness plans.


Manufacturing Readiness

  • Own readiness reviews for:


  • Process flows


  • Tool capability


  • Materials qualification


  • Metrology capability


  • Reliability plans


  • Ensure development lots are prepared for successful execution.


Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead technical coordination meetings.


  • Drive issue resolution across organizations.


  • Facilitate communication between Product Development, Quantum AME, Fab8, and Fab9.


Continuous Improvement

  • Develop standard work for quantum development execution.


  • Capture and transfer learning between modalities.


  • Improve development cycle time and execution efficiency.


Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.


Required Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree, BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or related technical discipline.


  • 5+ years semiconductor integration, process engineering, or technology development experience.


  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives.


  • Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing flows and process integration.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong technical program leader.


  • Influences without direct authority.


  • Excellent problem-solving skills.


  • Able to balance multiple competing priorities.


Expected Salary Range
$85,000.00 - $146,000.00

The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
