PurposeLeads the coordination and integration of project plans, schedules, contractual deliverables, engineering activities, and execution milestones in accordance with Worley systems, processes, and customer requirements. Oversees multi-discipline engineering coordination, ensures alignment to project objectives, and drives delivery performance across schedule, cost, and technical scope. Typically functions as a senior project coordination lead supporting the Project Manager and Project Engineering Manager on complex or multi-discipline projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead coordination of engineering deliverables across multiple disciplines ensuring alignment with schedule, scope, and budget.
- Oversee development and maintenance of project execution plans, master schedules, and engineering registers.
- Drive integration between engineering, procurement, and construction phases to maintain execution continuity.
- Serve as primary coordination interface with client counterparts, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance metrics including cost, schedule, and deliverable status and drive corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with Worley processes, systems, and governance requirements.
- Support change management processes and ensure impacts to scope, cost, and schedule are assessed and communicated.
- Facilitate coordination meetings, reporting cycles, and communication of project status and risks.
- Support proposal development and execution planning for new opportunities. Core Competencies.

What you will bring Technical/Industry Experience and Qualifications Requirements: - Extensive experience in engineering project coordination, typically 10+ years.
- Experience in EP, EPC, or EPCM project environments.
Education - Qualifications, Accreditation, Training: Required: - University Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline or significant equivalent experience.
Preferred - Demonstrated experience supporting or leading multi-discipline engineering teams.
