Full Job Description
We are seeking a Principal Program Advisor to support our government customers. In this role, you will provide recommendations to senior leaders for development, production, testing, and fielding of weapon systems. You will provide senior-level technical and programmatic support to programs in support of DoD Programs and technology development. You will provide analysis and recommendations as necessary to minimize product/program/system risk and maximize effectiveness. You will apply expert knowledge of assigned products/programs/systems that is informed by a comprehensive understanding of the greater mission context, DoW systems development process, and stakeholder roles and requirements to ensure concepts, ideas, and expectations are communicated accurately and effectively among all customers. You will apply knowledge of systems engineering methods to assess and evaluates the status, effectiveness, and efficiency of programs and technologies. You will develop detailed plans, goals, and objectives for long-range implementation and program administration.
Required
• BS degree in an engineering related field
• 20 years of related experience
• Some travel
• Must have an in-scope DoD Secret security clearance
