Position: Principal Product Manager - Supply Chain Fulfillment

Job Location: 811 Excellence Dr, Bentonville, AR 72716

Duties: Defines and executes 1-3 year product vision for the transportation ecosystem, ensuring alignment across fragmented business units (First Mile, Middle Mile, Last Mile, Ecommerce, Warehouse Operations, Store Operations) by capitalizing on technology, business, and domain expertise; Leads end-to-end delivery of high-impact strategic initiatives that bridge gaps between strategic business goals and Transportation Products such as TMS, YMS, Load and Route Optimization, Driver Assignment, Driver Experience; Synchronizes complex product roadmaps by managing technical and operational dependencies across Engineering, Data Science, and Business teams; Analyzes the technical integration points between Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to optimize cross-functional data flows; Directs the execution of complex technical programs by managing inter-service dependencies and system integrations across multiple engineering workstreams; Governs the communication of product health, risk mitigation strategies, and value realization (ROI) for the transportation portfolio within enterprise-level executive steering committees.

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field plus 3 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in product management or related area; OR Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field plus 5 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in product management or related area.

Skills Required: Must have experience with: Crafting product visions and strategies and setting success metrics to achieve business goals; Defining product roadmaps considering cross-product dependencies and technology dependencies; Maintaining and prioritizing product backlog with features in line with product roadmap using Confluence and Jira; Writing high-quality product requirement documents (PRDs) using Confluence and Jira; Guiding product development and engineering sprint prioritizations for optimal value creation; Analyzing data to generate insights for new product features using Business Intelligence (BI) tools: Tableau and Looker; Interviewing users and stakeholders to identify pain points in existing processes; Leading technology teams and managing cadences via the Agile methodology; Developing and managing stakeholder relationships; Aligning cross-functional teams towards a common goal; Supply chain operations and technologies, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS); Executing large scale rollouts and leading change management efforts. Rate of pay: $132,621.00 - 220,000.00/year
