What does a successful Principal Product Manager do at Fiserv?

We are seeking aPrincipial Product Managerto help scale ourDigital Wallet platform, with a focus on data management and analytics, lifecycle orchestration, and ourmarketing engine and loyalty integration.

This role sits at the intersection ofdigital wallets, stored value, payments, and data platforms. You will own how data is secured, governed, and exposed across the ecosystem for partners, merchants, and internal systems 94 ensuring the platform is reliable, compliant, and built to drive adoption, engagement, and incremental value.

You will partner closely with engineering, security, platform, loyalty, and gotomarket teams to deliver wallet capabilities that function as bothcritical infrastructureand agrowth enabler.

What You92ll Do:

Wallet Data & Platform Ownership

  • Own theend92to92end data model and lifecyclefor OEM wallet experiences, including provisioning, tokenization, balance management, transaction events, and redemption.

  • Definedata ownership, governance, and access modelsacross OEMs, merchants, and internal platforms, ensuring security, compliance, and operational clarity.

  • Drive consistency and quality acrosswallet APIs, event schemas, and downstream data consumers(analytics, reporting, loyalty, marketing).

  • Identify and resolve gaps indata reliability, observability, reconciliation, and operational readiness.

Marketing & Loyalty Integration

  • Enable wallet data to powerpersonalization, offers, and loyalty use cases, including balance visibility, redemption triggers, and post92transaction engagement.

  • Define integration patterns betweenwallet events and loyalty systems(earn, burn, promotions, acquisition).

  • Support merchant use cases where the wallet becomes agrowth channel, not just a payment method.

  • Ensure wallet data is leveraged in aprivacy92safe, configurable, and merchant92friendlyway.

Product Leadership & Execution

  • Translate strategy intoclear roadmaps, PRDs, and execution plansacross multiple work-streams.

  • Act as a key product partner forOEMs, internal platform teams, and pilot merchants.

  • Balance near92term delivery with long92term platform extensibility and ecosystem scale.

  • Use data, merchant feedback, and performance metrics to continuously improve outcomes.

What You Need to Have:

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with ownership ofdata92heavy or platform products, within the loyalty, rewards or marketing platform space.

  • Strong experience withAPIs, data models, event92driven systems, and platform integrations.

  • Familiarity withpayments, stored value, or digital wallet ecosystems.

  • Proven ability to work cross92functionally with engineering, security, compliance, and GTM teams.

  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product and business outcomes.

What is Nice to Have:

  • Experience withdigital wallets, stored value and secure payment platforms.

  • Background inloyalty, rewards, or marketing platformspowered by transaction data.

  • Experience operating inB2B or platform92at92scale environmentswith OEM or network partners.

  • Strong data intuition 92 comfortable defining schemas, KPIs, and success metrics.

  • Experience supportingpilot programs and merchant rolloutsin complex ecosystems.

Salary Range

$136,000.00 - $225,600.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
