In this role, you will:
Serve as an expert advisor to lead highly complex transactions including floor plan financing, acquisition financing, real estate lending, and certain other industry specific solutions with Mid-Corporate clients having enterprise impact, high risk or significant scope, by analyzing financials, presenting to clients, and coordinating with internal stakeholders. Strategically lead and resolve for full suite of solutions offered by Wells Fargo to Mid-Corporate clients to meet the most complex and significant needs across multiple areas of the enterprise that may require an in-depth evaluation, by engaging product organizations to develop client specific solutions, leveraging a solid understanding of clients’ businesses, strategic objectives, operational priorities, and financial positions; may coordinate highly complex activities and resolutions
Provide vision, leadership, and industry expertise regarding Mid-Corporate Relationship Management company wide strategies that significantly influence the organization's business and financial operations
Strategically lead all levels across the enterprise to improve processes and risk control, resolve client issues while achieving Wells Fargo’s business objectives, and represent the company externally; serve as an expert advisor to leadership, represent the company externally as an expert and act as a mentor for less experienced colleagues
Review, understand and offer the full suite of solutions offered by Wells Fargo to commercial clients to meet the most complex needs that may require an in-depth evaluation, by engaging product organizations to develop client specific solutions, leveraging a solid understanding of clients’ businesses, strategic objectives, operational priorities, and financial positions
Drive relationship planning activities to deliver the full suite of solutions and maintain sales and pipeline disciplines, by keeping information current in relevant systems such as Customer Relationship Management systems
Source and originate new Commercial Auto relationships by proactively identifying, prospecting, and closing opportunities with middle-market and mid-corporate companies—leveraging referral networks, centers of influence, and industry contacts to drive new loan, deposit, fee and treasury management revenue
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of Mid-Corporate Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience generating new client relationships, building and retaining long-term client relationships with revenues of $500MM or greater
Experience working with publicly traded and large privately held auto retailers (franchise dealership groups)
Experience leading and participating in syndications
Account relationship management experience for clients in Middle Market, Mid-Corp, or CIB segments
Demonstrated prospecting skills and proven track record of converting prospects into clients
Successfully completed FINRA Series 63, and Series 79 exam to qualify for immediate registration (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of core banking products and services, such as commercial lending and treasury management
Completion of formal credit training program
Demonstrated experience working collaboratively to deliver the organization to clients and prospects
Experience identifying and mitigating risk, ensuring compliance with processes and procedures
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$215,000.00 - $355,000.00
